Race to the holidays

Today was Kylie's very first race! We started with some stretching (5k is a long way to walk, we needed to be limber)

And then Kylie got ready for her race



But not before a quick trip to see Santa. (Kylie asked for some privacy, so we are not sure what she asked Santa for, but we think it involved 4 wheels and a stick shift - or maybe it was just contributions to her 529 plan)



After her visit to Santa we were ready to go.


It was a long hard race, but we finished strong (notice we were so far ahead of the pack no one else is even in the picture!)
