Super Swimmer Graduate

We enrolled Kylie in a swimming program this last week. In five days they guarantee that your child will be able to: swim to the bottom to get a toy of the bottom, float on their back, swim to the wall and learn to use their arms along the side of the pool. Brian and I were skeptical at first but after talking to friends that had used them we were set. In order to graduate they throw "nicely place" your child in the pool with all their clothes and shoes on and they have to swim to the wall by themselves. Kylie did it with flying colors and actually wanted to do it again! So she passed the test twice. They then spend the remainder of the day teaching the parents the various techniques to continue the learning. We were SHOCKED to see how much Kylie has learned in the last five days. She was just pushing herself off the wall and swimming between Brian, her coach Mike and myself. Just like her Mama a fish in the water.

We can't wait to take her to the pool tomorrow and tape some of her latest techniques. We were so excited and anxious today that we only captured a few pictures. She rocks!!
