A Day of Many Firsts

Friday was such a busy day in the hospital we didn't even get a chance to post any pictures. Kylie spent Thursday night in the room with Brian and I and did a pretty good job sleeping (not through the night) but she did really well.

Both sets of Kylie's grandparents drove in to see her and meet her. We think they were pounding on the nursery doors saying let me in let me in. However, visiting hours are not until 10am.













Kylie watched us eat Publix Subs (It was the best sub I ever ate), watched her first episode of Oprah although she was not impressed at all, saw her first political debate and frankly it put her to sleep and even had a hearing test. The best was her first wagon, perfect for her size!



We EVEN discovered yesterday that her future holds for her to be a setter on a volleyball team. Somehow she managed to get very long hands, fingers and legs. Not sure which family side she got that from. Brian was trying to get her to set her new volleyball and all she could do was smile. Boomers Volleyball here she comes can we have a team for 1 and under?


She was very happy and smiley the entire day. She loves Brian to death and lights up whenever he holds her or feeds her. I get the duty of burping her so I guess I am the evil one.
