Just Shy Of a Year Old

Last year at this time, Tricia and I were running around and finishing the last minute preparations for our baby girl to be born. Do we have enough diapers? Is the bed set up right? What other classes do we need to take at the hospital?

In exactly a month from today, Kylie will be a year old. She currently weighs in at 18lbs 8 ozs. She is so observant of everything thing going on that she doesn't want to miss a thing. She has definitely picked up the crawling and is almost at that stage of walking on her own. I am still working on her vertical jumping skills as well!

Tonight, we tried to take the next step of eating out of a bowl. Po Po and Gung Gung got her these suction cup bowls that we put her peaches and cheerios in...



But as you can see below strength and determination took over and she decided that instead of eating the food one by one, she was just going to try and pour everything in her mouth.

I can't wait to the day she eats a hamburger! The super buffet will be waiting!!!
