Some inside fun...

As Kylie has been fighting a fever/cold lately, we stayed indoors for some indoor arts and crafts as well a played one of Kylie's favorite games that she recently received for her birthday, Zingo! It is similar to bingo just with words and pictures. Given, that mommy was traveling and Grandma just left, it was just her and I playing. Yet, as Kylie always being thoughtful had to set up the game for Grandma, Grandpa, Po Po, Mommy, her and I. Yes, we played it all out. Kylie won...and sorry Grandma, you came in last.

Later in the day, we had a knock on the door.  Of course, Kylie who was in her quiet time, goes running to the door and greeted the mailman whom was there to drop off a package. It was from Gung Gung and Po Po.  Here's a video of her opening the package.

 

As Halloween is right around the corner, the package was Kylie's first Halloween present. The package arrived at a good time since Kylie was staying inside for the day. We used the zig-zag scissors to do some cutting, but as you can see Kylie was most pleased with the band-aids (400 band-aids!!!). Yes, one of her favorite things are band-aids! I think she enjoys having them more than candy. For any little boo-boo, we use a band-aid and we carry them around at all times.

Also, Kylie is feeling better today and she is back to her usual self. Fishing outside, chasing lizards and dancing!
