Saturday is Fun Day

Saturday is one of the best days of the week. We all get to rest, play and spend time together. Kylie woke up at 6am this morning and asked for donuts. Now I don't feed her donuts all the time but this was a special Saturday. She insisted we get dressed at the same time, we did our hair together and we were out the door by 8am in search of some donuts. We stopped at Dunkin Donuts for Munchkins and then drove to Starbucks for a latte for Mommy!



When we got home, Kylie decided to help me with the yard work and assisted me in cutting, edging and trimming the front yard. Her contribution was running through the sprinkler, which she carefully marked with cones. She also sat in her beach chair and took notes while she watched me sweating! If only I could teach her to make lemonade and bring it out to me that would be great.

All the fun this morning she is wiped out and taking a good nap. Next up picking up Grandma from the airport! It will really be a girls night tonight! We miss you Daddy/Brian!
